DAY\LIGHT No. 6

The DAY\LIGHT No. 6 chandelier is composed of ornamental plates with optical fabrics threaded through their edges.

The different diameters of the plates create waists and the overall shape of the hanging chandelier.

Despite its historicist ornamentation, it breaks with all the conventions of a classical chandelier. Small reflections are formed on the surface of the panels by the light falling on the chandelier.

The panels can be flat or cambered to enhance the optical power of the hanging light object.

Nevertheless, the room-filling chandelier is subtle due to its translucency and fine optical fabrics.

Despite its size, the object is light both physically and in its effect.

This fills the volume of the room without taking away the view.

Ornamental and geometric

The ornamental pattern of flowers and leaves cut into the panels is arranged radially around the centre.

This geometry, which corresponds to classicist ornamentation, is also found in the overall design of the chandelier through its waisted shape.

The overall shape of DAY\LIGHT No. 6 almost seems to be in contrast to the ornamentation, but its origin is the same.

Interior design with DAY\LIGHT No. 6

As a chandelier, DAY\LIGHT No. 6 is particularly space-consuming in its arrangement and can vary in size.

Private rooms and staircases can be individually designed with this light object, as can reception areas and lounges in hotels, restaurants or shops.

The gentle effect of the light object is given despite its size, especially as it attracts attention and at the same time radiates restraint, so that spectacular situations can be created without being dominant.
